	Are you getting all the tax benefits you deserve? Senior Citizens may be able to downsize and pay lower property taxes. Do you qualify for a temporary reduction in property tax assessed value due to economic times?
Proposition 8 allows a temporary reduction in assessed value when the current value is less than the assessed value (for example, as of January 1, 2008). Contact your tax advisor to see if you may qualify.
