Jill Myers knew early on that she’d spend her life working with people. What she didn’t know then, however, was that her love of people and business would take her across the globe.

Growing up in Corning, New York just four hours from New York City, Jill’s childhood was spent amid a cornucopia of culture. “I started learning languages in the third grade,” said Jill, whose education gave her a gateway to Europe when she spent her junior year of college studying in Spain. “It was then I decided I had to experience world cultures. By traveling I learned that people are people everywhere; it’s the culture and traditions that change.”

Both Jill’s worldly and academic educations continued through college and she soon accepted a teaching position in Chile. After a year, she was promoted to Principal of a new high school and uncovered a love for business. “Through school fundraising activities and book drives, I learned how much I enjoyed satisfying donors and recipients.” She continued, “Motivating people to take action for mutual benefit is fun and rewarding for me.”

From Chile, Jill headed North to Switzerland to continue teaching. She continued her own education as well by taking MBA courses in International Business. Her studies only fueled her love of sales and desire to match buyers with sellers. “I realized that every profession is essentially sales-based… the only difference is the product,” she said. “Businesses sell tangible goods, United Nations workers sell peace, teachers sell learning, and so on. As a teacher, I sold kids on the idea that it is exciting to learn and use the knowledge you acquire.”

Jill formed a sales philosophy built upon the same strengths and professional skills she employed in education. “Selling is serving. Doing it right is the only way to do it. It’s a win-win for everyone. My clients are clients and also friends for life.” Her dedication to her clients and strong sales perspective led her to a wildly successful international sales career, which eventually brought her back to the states as a international representative and liaison for Mitchell1, an automotive division of Snap-on Tools.

She and husband Paul, himself an extremely successful international businessman and former Vice President of Sales at Mitchell1, recently relocated to California’s picture perfect Coachella Valley. Avid golfers, the couple reside at The Citrus in La Quinta and enjoy their golf membership at Indian Wells Country Club which played host to the PGA’s annual Bob Hope Chrysler Classic for 44 years.

The couple’s approach to golf parallels Jill’s approach to sales and real estate. She tackles each home as she would each hole on the course; each one requiring its own unique strategy and plan. She performs every stroke and marketing effort with the calculated precision she uses on the golf course.

Jill Myers lives to be challenged and loves people… perhaps the two most important qualities a Realtor can have. Her unprecedented track record and multi-billion dollar business negotiating experience gives Jill the foundation to align homeowners with homebuyers in the most professional, successful and ethical manner.
